-sweats and posts for the 3rd time in a row- I-i'm sorry
So I wanted to make a re:dux original character so, say hello to Cecil! His eyes are normally closed most of the time (I'll draw that later) because he was born blind. However recently he got gene splices of a Bat and Jellyfish! Both help him see during the night at least (in mostly dark places) but he still can't see during the day or in bright places (Brightness actually stings his eyes a lot now) so he uses sonar to help guide him! It works by him making a sound (like snapping) and the sound reverberating off or it's surroundings. Jellyfish have a really unique way of seeing but sadly it didn't work 100% correctly as it was suppose to help with his daytime vision but in turn it heightened his night vision also and gave him Fluorescent bacteria that makes newly developed marks on his body and his eyes glow through a process called bioluminesce. He's also a singer uvu
Also, his color scheme makes me all kinds of happy!?!?! I mean, I can't get over that beautiful printed wrap. It's perfect with his hair, dear sweet jellyfish gods! That hair! It has wonderful form. *continues to paw at him infinitely*

and you know what- I'm glad you ended up choosing this hair color because it make him seem more like a jellyfish?

sthanks so much! I spent SO LONG on the colors trying to make them match just right. I went through so many Purples and Blues @@
Teddy You are one of the people that know how much I struggled with the colors LOL Gosh Im really glad you like them too! although it's purple why would you not FFF I REALLY HOPE I FINISH THAT SPRITE!! I'm still trying to wrap my head around adding his clothes. at least when I have that and his hair, the rest just becomes redrawing and coloring. also i love discussing art with you so much, we need to share art more

And now to arts~...well kinda art? 3D modeling is a type of art =w=
but yeah, I spent maybe an hour or so doing this! I got a free program (i'll link it) and decided modeling a character's face might help me make more distinguished features! I decided to do Riku cuz he's one of my favs~ uvu I was surprised how EASY it was with this program??? The only problems I encountered were not being able to get rid of the annoying creases you see on his ears and a small area on his chest. I tried almost everything other than completely redoing them.
