Personality:
He looks handsome and intimidating at first but he is not. Please do not be deceived by this fool's unfittingly sharp looks. Alex is, in fact, an extremely anxious person— and it shows in his stiffness and his inability to relax around people. His shoulders are almost perpetually taut and he goes to great lengths to prepare himself mentally for large social gatherings. Thankfully, he copes pretty well with a combination of medication, booze, and drowning himself in so much work he can properly ignore his real problems. Unsurprisingly, he is in fact a workaholic, and he's extremely business-like when it comes to any jobs he holds or tasks he's given. He's can be snappy when someone gets on his nerves and he complains a lot more than the average person— but it's very rare for him to actually hate anyone. At heart, he's very patient and inherently concerned for others' well-being. He just forgets to smile.
Background:
Alex was born into a wealthy upper-class family as Tatiana Elaina Maechevsky Jr. At an early age, he strongly felt he was in the wrong body, and thus started presenting more masculine at age 6, beginning the physical side of transitioning around age 13. He excelled on his test and remained in the upper-class, going on to study business and accounting after his mandatory tenure as a policeman. Afterwards, he remained on the force, and eventually was called in to serve as a member of the secret police along with his work partner and cover-job boss, Cyrus Gannon.
