Genetic Modifications: She got gene spliced with a bat when she was 15. I can’t say she regrets it, but she has to be careful not to hit her wings on things.

Appearance: Lily is a short girl standing at a height of 4’10’’. She has a light skin tone and blue eyes. She has a small scar that runs perpendicular to her lips. Lily has blonde purple tipped hair which she will typically wear half up in a bun to keep out of her way and also make her NUIP port that rests on the back of her neck easily accessible.
She wears a black and blue dress with matching leggings underneath. To carry around things she wears a purple belt with a pouch on the back and two knife holsters strapped to her legs. Her wings are attached right between her shoulder blades and spinal cord. (They don’t enable her to fly though since they are purely cosmetic. She may replace some of her bones later on to enable her to move better if she gains more money.)



Personality: Lily is a practical person who relies on intelligence and wit to get her through most situations. Her sense of humor is mostly dry humor and sarcasm. She may not be friendly right off, but that’ll change as she gets to know you more.

Background: Chaos was born into the lower class. She had a simple home life, both of her parents worked in the factories. This job allowed her father to communicate with many people without being overheard and enabled him to be a very useful member to the vigilantes. He would often disappear to pass along messages and other such things. It worried Lily’s mother to no end.
Eventually came the day where Lily’s mother’s fears came true. Lily’s dad was out in the black market trading goods for news and other things his family needs when word came that the secret police were coming. Unluckily he had also brought Lily along and they got caught in the crossfire between the vigilantes and the secret police. Unfortunately they were in the wrong place at the wrong time and an old decrepit building partially collapsed. The falling rubble killed Lily’s father and left her with a scar and a couple broken bones. Lily was eventually rescued. From that day on, Lily swore to take up her father’s cause. She worked to recover and studied hard so she could ace the class placement test.
Lily was eventually able to test into the middle class and obtain a job fixing and selling technological devices. Her mother is unaware of Lily’s current affiliation and does not keep in contact with her daughter due to their different social classes.
