Personality: Courteous and ever forgiving, Ely approaches life with determination and a smile. He is always willing to assume all he encounters have some manner of good will, regardless of their actions. In his eyes, everything is with reason and purpose, and he seems to be absolutely incapable of harboring ill-will towards anyone. Everything he does is genuine; he never wishes harm on others, and he is much quicker to be diplomatic than fight. He is not particularly energetic, but instead portrays a calm and caring persona at practically all times.
Background: born upperclass, something involving his parents splitting, messing up his test / police academy work badly enough to get dropped to lower class. really likes kids, has a dog named chestnut that he rescued from the slums, works in the upper class sector mostly thanks to his father. has a few (much) younger siblings. tinkers with robotic animals when he can, but doesn't have the resources too often.
