Uriel was a bit more than concerned with how Athena was acting as the event came to a close. It seemed as though the hit to her head was affecting her quite a bit, and the fact that she was interested in getting a nap convinced him all the more that she indeed got herself a concussion. At least she was still flirting with him, so it probably wasn't severe. Her little play off of the situation, even caused the officer to crack a slight smile at the corner of his mouth as he set himself down on one knee.
He chuckled a little as he reached an arm down around her back and the other under her legs, picking her up off the ground and turning towards the exit of the tour's final zone. He didn't need her to ask, thinking it was probably best for Athena to be able to rest and relax as much as possible while he got the two of them to the nearest hospital.
"Maybe a bit. Let's grab a couple of those sweaters quickly and we'll get you to a doctor. Don't want to leave empty handed after what you went through to get one."
He turned and walked towards the exit hidden behind the now parted waterfall. His hands were full, so he hoped Athena didn't mind him having her reach into the box instead to grab their prizes. As soon as she had them, he made his way up the stairs and back to the surface.

There was one thing Athena appreciated, was someone who shows concern for others. Despite the fact the two barely knew each other, Uriel offered his assistance in taking Athena to go see someone about her injury. When it initially happened, she felt perfectly fine but as time started to pass, she was feeling a bit more drained than she usually would be and her vision was more blurred than she expected. So when she was being carried by the giant of a man, Athena thought this was just a weird vision.
"I feel like a princesssss. Are you suppose to be Mario? I think you're too tallllll..." Athena slurred with a small giggle as she snuggled up to Uriel. She was quite comfy where she was, only shifting to pick up the shirt souvenirs for the two of them. They were comfy; dorky but comfy which suited Athena just fine with that. With the shirts in hand she used the two of them to be a makeshift blanket to get her more comfy. The concept made her want to sleep but she knew that was probably not the best thing to do in this type of situation.
"So tall blonde and beautiful, tell me a bit about ya self. I'm sure you don't spend most of your days bein a knight and carryin bird people around." Athena smirked. If she had to keep awake it was probably for the best to start talking. Besides, she wanted to know a bit more about her companion who was so kind as to take care of her.

Uriel’s eyebrow raised as Athena continued to talk…as best as she could. It definitely seemed to Uriel that she’d injured her head. He could only hope that it wasn’t too severe and that somehow her obvious genetic splices somehow helped her. He had no idea what the anatomy of a bird or anything else she had taken to might have to offer for that though.
He looked down at her, pleased to see that she was at least comfortable as she snuggled up to him. Not only that but she had done exactly as he was going to suggest before he’d even said anything, using their prizes to help cover and keep her warm as he made his way towards his car, a standard black government style SUV. He looked to Athena as she started up a little conversation, probably a good sign as long as she didn’t try to think too hard. The compliment she made though pulled a slight smile from him as he looked off to the side for a moment in modesty.
“Well you’re correct about that…well…sort of. I’m not actually a knight, though I am a police officer.”
He of course couldn’t tell her that he was an officer with the secret police, and so Uriel went with his usual alibi profession, the closest thing to the real one and offering all the explanation he could need for a given situation without even having to lie, except by omission on occasion.
“And you? What does a bird woman such as yourself do for a living?”
He made sure to keep the conversation simple as he carried Athena out to his car and placed her into the passenger seat, soon getting behind the wheel and turning on her seat heater before pulling out towards the hospital. Fortunately it wasn’t too far away.
