so i had some shower thoughts :'V
1. In the worse parts of the Slums, would hot water and/or electricity in general be kind of hard to come by? Would people have to bOIL THEIR WATER for warm baths? |:
2. I think this is answered somewhere buuut. Would there likely be a soup kitchen of sorts in the Slums?
3. How often would police (regular and secret) overlook murders of (or other violent crimes against) Slums residents within the district ?
