Unique Tech:
Cerberus doll – Won it in games and she carries her around all the time. She hid modifications within the doll to produce special sounds to manipulate plants, making them grow twice as fast and in certain direction. Also its a special recorder that saves video and audio.
Plant suit – A costume made entirely out of genetically modified vines and flowers. It gives her a faun like appearance (complete with curved wooden horn), allows her to walk without sound and extreme leg strength. It allows her to scale walls and run fairly fast, she also have super jump and stomp but those require physic magic. The flower has an ability to release strong paralysing sleeping gas in the air. However wearing it causes a lot of pain for her and it would last for a few hours after she taken off the suit. Since she has high pain tolerance it is safe to assume a normal people wearing her suit will end up crippled in pain. Since the plant forms a pseudo parasitic alliance with her in order to give her the abilities, she tend to become a bit more animalistic while wearing the suit and also becomes extremely hungry afterwards. She use a bit of plant magic to draw out extra power from the plants and allow it to be more sturdy.
When not in use the plant looks like a giant bush that thrives easily in low light and in a pot in her room. Delilah regularly waters it with a mix of her and other animal’s blood as well as usual plant fertiliser.

Delilah is a really kind person, and willing to drop whatever she is doing to help all that come to her shop, her brothers are always on top of her priority list while herself is on the near bottom. She is very patient and often chats to plants or the little plush toy she carry around with. Very hardworking and often could work till she collapse and sleep on whatever she collapsed on.
Delilah is also very resilient to abuses and insult, and would just take them on quietly without complaint. From her point they are just frustrated and they need a place to vent, so she doesn't mind that they vent on her.
However NEVER EVER SAY ANYTHING BAD ABOUT HER BROTHERS, EVEN MORE SO IF SHE ALREADY SEEM TEARY AND TELLING YOU TO STOP. If you want to live you do not want her to be upset with you. Also you are not a nice person when a little girl was already to tears by what you did and still doesn't stop.

She did very well in her test at the coming of age and quickly taken in as genetic scientist, particularly in plants. Also it was because she did appallingly in anything that requires her body and not her mind.
However she prefers to take a more leisurely and personal approach to research, thus her laboratory is located at her small flower shop and she generally study at home in her room. Anything that she created that wasn't useful but still pretty she sold them or give them away to her customers. There was once a rumour she could create deadly plants, but those rumours are quickly dispelled at the meeting of this kind little girl.

Also she has two brothers in government sector, no one want to mess with that.
She absolutely loves and idolizes both of her brothers and would often follow them around whenever she can. She knows what Deiderick did to get them to Upper class (like blackmailing and sabotaging a few upper class house) and wholeheartedly believe he was doing the right thing. Often she would “find” abandoned neural implant to bring it to Deiderick. Sometime she would even ask her brothers to help cover up her tracks, like she wanted to take a stroll but was a little scared that all the surveillance is on her, and would ask to divert the signal so it would always appear she was in her room reading and she can wonder freely on the street. At least as freely as camera positions, she somehow remembers where they all are.
