Affiliation: Vigilante
Genetic Modifications: None
Unique Tech:
The Tracker
An energy-base SMG that is true to its name and can lock onto a target, taking down most shields that are deployed. Overheats relatively quickly and meant for subduing a target, not killing them.
Portable Kinetic Shield
Because she needs it with how much trouble she gets into. Heavier weaponry can easily tear her shield into swiss cheese. Is strapped to her belt and when overwhelmed, shield takes a minute to regenerate.
Hoverbike
Perfect for quick getaways. Room for an extra passenger. Her prize and joy, something that took her years to save up for.
Port: Base of skull
Personality: First impressions are often the most important aspect of holding a relationship. Unfortunately for Cassie, or Trinity, she never received that memo and often acts sour towards the world and the occupants in it. Short-tempered, snarky, and not afraid to use force, Trinity is just the type of person always looking for a fight. She is close-minded, in the sense of her loathing of Upper Class, believing them all to be nothing but selfish "dickwads", and convincing her otherwise doesn't seem to be very likely in her future.
But despite her aggressive attitude, she's loyal at heart, has a strong sense of justice, and the bravery to match it. She never gives up, even liable to rise from the dead to still finish whatever task she was set on doing.
Background:
Tl;dr: Once a good student, Cassie soon devolved into the rebel that she is today due to a tram accident her father was killed in. Bitter and never quite able to move on, Cassie has had it out for the world that never gave a damn about her. All she wants is to get out of Novus and take her chances. This mindset was what got her picked up relatively quickly by one of the vigilante groups before forming her own. By day, she's just a video game clerk. By night she's the leader of her rebel group... And then on some other nights she's someone's goon.
Long Version: Cassie wasn't rebellious. In fact, she used to be quite opinionated, but respected authority figures. Things changed though. One simple car accident and losing a loved one does that to you. Her mother remarried, retook the test, and soon left her son and daughter to take care of themselves. They were not without a home, Cassie's brother was able to support them in middle class and their mother did periodically deposit money into their accounts, but the time came for Cassie's test.
The years of grief had taken it's toll on her, she became disinterested in the world around her, she got into fights at school, she became more snarky and distrusting of others. Any aspirations she may have had were buried with her father. So it was only natural that she didn't do so swell on the test, ranking herself right into Lower class.
Parting ways with her brother, Cassie ended up rooming up with other folks. Her life in lower class was never the best, but it wasn't the absolute worst. She never found herself starving or anything of the sort. Instead, she just felt nothing but anger as time grew on.
And that's how Trinity manifested. Her alias that she goes by on her random rebellious streaks, she joined up with the vigilantes and was fully devoted to their cause. However, the group's ideals didn't align with her's and so she formed her own gang. Her funds to keep the gang afloat seem to come from someone else and not her day job.
