Occupation: Spare hand at aconveniently haunted, shady bakery. No he doesn't do the baking, he just does the selling and taking home leftovers part. Side note, bakery is lowkey connected to the black market and is definitely not trying to stop anyone's Magix addiction at all /HIT (as in yes they distribute black market magix huehuehue)

Genetic Modifications: [ Pointed ears, no added effects, inherited. ] [ Neon eyes, very very faintly glow to the point it's almost unnoticeable. ]
Unique Tech: -- [ Velvet ] A small, cat-sized robot styled after a dragon. Wings to allow it to hover (it can't fly for very long), four legs to allow for walking, and shiny metallic clawsfor scratching Kyne /HIT. Slick red-black scales with red-orange eyes. It's more of a companion that eats loose change and spare parts so you can never find that last damned screw you need.

Personality: Blasé, critical, feisty, grumpy, and a touch of insecurity. For all intents and purposes, Teddy is a little douche. He’s typically snarky and negative, doesn’t play well with others, and very rarely goes through the effort of trusting people. That being said, he’s not a block of ice as he likes to make people believe; being a loner simply makes his softer side much rarer. Put a slice of red velvet cake in front of him, or get him talking about dragons, and you would most likely see a much different persona. When he gets attached to someone (regardless of if that means you’re his friend or his rival) he is not the type to share, either, so you’ve been warned. Really this just boils down to him having an inclination to protect and defend.
Background: Born at the lower end of the Upper Class, Teddy was still better off than most. He had plenty of privilege and was never full aware of the political dangers his family faced. It wasn't until after the academy training, after the test confirming he could stay where he was, that it fully hit him. The class wasn't all smiles and convenience -- there was a hefty degree of malice, too. His position as an Upper Class citizen was sabotaged by a rival of his family, and he quickly found himself knocked down a peg into the Middle Class. Teddy tried to request his parents aid but -- well. They didn't have a son, did they?
No longer able to obtain the luxuries he was used to, contempt started building for the system. How could it be played that easily?And moreover, what did it take to get back?
All it took was musing his disdain out loud to the wrong friends at the wrong bar at the wrong time. A skirmish broke out between, what he later identified as, secret police and the vigilantes -- and he was sounding a lot like one of the vigilantes. Part for his own protection, part because the system had wronged him, he made an escape with the vigilantes and joined their cause. He hasn't been with them long, but it helps to have connections again.
