The Scarlet Dragon
Purpose of Business: Designer coats, custom punk/rocker/raver/steam punk/ clothing and accessories, and also a tattoo parlor.
Location: Lower Class District
Layout Description: A semi run down vintage looking shop with black walls inside and out and black and white checkered floors for the clothing half of the shop. The inside is filled with unique and custom clothing on one side, and then a small corner of the shop is also a tattoo parlor, where you can get any tattoo you desire. The flooring for the parlor are red and black checkered tiles, the walls are white, and there are many designs hanging up in frames all around. The door of the building is just a metal door, but is usually open to reveal a crystal curtain hanging on the entrance that you can walk through.
Other: All vigilantes and scavengers are welcome, and black market dealers that work with the shop get 80% discounts. No refunds, food or drinks allowed inside. Smoking is allowed.
