Runs around making dumb contracts with people and likes to talk to plants.
Product of a freak lab accident [EXPERIMENT] that doesn't knows what's up with his body.
Will probably cause trouble and/or pull something weird on you on purpose--- or more likely by total accident. Because screw your rules. Pascal does what he wants.
And he'll try to help you out while pretending he's the meanest person ever. Ever.... *squint* EVER.
But I dunno. Maybe he is. Because he will definitely try to run away with your plants. Aka- "Plant Liberation." Apparently that's a thing.
Doesn't know how to make friends. Hasn't really figured out how to distinguish between friend, client, business partner, or master/ mistress yet, so he's not even sure if he wants to know what all of that's about.
Basically, yeah. He's kinda messed up.
If you don't want to meet him creeping around your neighborhood he's always looking for work.

- people to help re-educate him on the magic of friendship

- people to tease him/ push his buttons
- people to hire him
- people to fear him
- people for him to be afraid of
- people who want to get into trouble and be on the run with him for a while
- people who want to get kidnapped for some reason
- people for him to pester his way into taking care of, whether they like it or not
- people for him to creep on for their good music/ food or interesting looking <insert thing here>
- people to trick, guilt trip, or otherwise bully him into dumb contracts, i.e.- make the grouch cook/ clean for them
- people to try to convince him to do nice things anyway
- people to sell or give him food and stuff even if he's- um, wow- ROOD at first
- people who help him out after finding him mostly naked, because he gave away his stuff to people who said they needed help.
- people who would give him a safe place to stay for a short while when he needs it
