Name of Business:
Black Milk
Purpose of Business:
Black Milk is an upscale eatery that serves as a café as well as a lounge and bar.
It is made of two parts: the cafe on the first two floors, and the bar/lounge underneath the ground floor.
The café's menu consists of rich english and french styled pastries, soups, and light meals. Also served are specialty teas of many varieties, as well as artisan breads and cheeses. It is open from 8am to 5pm in the evening, before the dinner rush.
The bar and lounge opens an hour after the café closes— exactly at 6pm —and it stays open until nearly 3am in the morning. It mainly serves alcohol, being a bar, but light luxury snacks can also be ordered to go with your drink of choice.
The entire establishment may be reserved for parties and gatherings upon request.
Location:
A high-end area of the upper class district, surrounded by other eating establishments, clubs, and shops. It's a privately owned café and there is only one location, independently managed and owned by Laina Maechevsky.
Layout Description:
GROUND FLOOR: Entrance, main café, filled with tables. Its walls curve in a lax semi-circle, with LCD windows installed. Laina can project videos and other media onto the windows to give the illusion of being in another place. The furnishing is a cross between modern-day cottage and a hint of french rococo— and it's dressed in white and cool pastels.
2ND FLOOR (TOP FLOOR): The roof provides more natural settings for enjoying a quiet tea or lunch. Here, Lain grows and tends to a small garden to add to the decor.
B1 (BAR & LOUNGE): The night side of Black Milk is furnished in a reserved yet classy fashion, utilizing black synthetic leather and obsidian-like floors and countertops. Much of the furniture is victorian in style but starkly dressed in black, like most of the lounge area. It's dimly lit with soft blue neon lights.
B2 (ACCESS DENIED): Supposedly Black Milk's stock room. Off-limits to customers and workers, requires a fingerprint scan to get in. In reality, it's a makeshift safehouse and supply room for vigilantes that Laina aids while maintaining her cover.
Other: so this is a safehouse. yes. i'm not really sure what restrictions or stipulations there are with this so if there's anything i need to add/change/be aware of let me know? ;w;
