Personality: Heather is the type of person who's not really all present in the face of danger. She considers herself intellectually superior, while simultaneously having the maturity of a freshman in high school. Reclusive by nature, Heather doesn't seek out friends and only seems interested in people who are either into engineering, robotics, are part robot, or possibly an alien.

Meeting her up-front, she is distant and discontent, seemingly bored out of her mind to have to talk to you. But when you get her to open up, she reveals herself to excitable, full of ideas(crazy or not), and somewhat demanding. She is the type to miss social cues or blow off urgent matters in exchange for becoming absorbed into something she is interested in.

Despite her mostly cheerful demeanor, Heather has a severe fear of blood and is prone to fits of anxiety if someone becomes enraged with her.

Background: At the age of 12, Heather lost her parents. The details of why and how are messy, but she went on to live with her maternal grandparents. She was born into middle class, but reduced to lower class due to her stay with her grandparents.

It was when she turned 16 that she was once against separated from her grandparents, scoring well enough on the test to once again re-establish herself back into middle class. However, she formed a couple of connections during her stay in the lower class sections and makes frequent visits for a multitude reasons. Some of which are probably definitely and and totally completely legal and shouldn't be questionable in the slightest.

Unique Tech:
Adware Driver
A driver that can be inserted into the port of any unsuspecting individual as long as it's functional. The driver quickly proceeds to download "adware". The adware functions by obscuring a person's visuals by playing random commercials and the occasional meme. This is also backed up by audio, making it difficult to hear. However, the adware is spontaneous and can easily be deleted through a simple clean up.

Specter Goggles
Goggles equipped with a heat seeking capabilities and zoom-in abilities. Can also be modified to find electronic devices.

Mist Baton
A baton that serves the purpose of releasing fog from the tip once activated. The fog isn't harmful and is only meant to decrease someone's vision temporarily. Comes in a variety of colors, though Heather typically uses green.
