I dont know if this was mentioned somewhere(i couldnt find it if it has) but I thought of this earlier and i was curious about it:
So I know it is mentioned that all members of society are sterile and need to submit paperwork to alter their NUIP so they can have children. What about Scavengers? If their NUIP was removed are they still sterile or because there is nothing blocking it the scavenger population starts to grow out of control. If that was the case how would that be settled because controlling the population is like a hella need.

tsukikomumai Yo Tsuki /o/ So yeah Chika got the link/answer right for how scavengers don't have birth control ( thanks for linking o7 ) As for how it's managed, the petition is more so to just keep track of how many citizens there are for surveillance and logs than to keep the number down. So the existence of scavenger children isn't a worry so much bc of number, but because they upset society. Because of this, any scavenger children aged 0-10 that were found would be given a NUIP and given to a lower class family to be introduced to society, where scavengers 11-15 would get the chip and be put in the slums after some time in a 'reeducation' facility most likely. Above 16 and they are treated as an adult and like any other Scavenger and can face death if discovered.

For multi-code sticks (both government-issued and black market), are there both mix 'n match and stackable varieties? (Like, would you only find three lightning code varieties or are there also Fire/Ice/Acid type multi-code sticks as well?)

EllieYou can actually post ideas and suggestions for new cities in the suggestion forum now if you like! Discussion for the city would take place on the topic as well, so anyone that wanted to contribute could. Something like that could also easily be a plot arch as well, so feel free to include any details you might want! However, at the moment we're lacking in time and manpower to fully integrate everything needed for a brand new city, and I'm not sure when we exactly we will be able to so please keep that in mind while discussing.
