Genetic Modifications:

1. [ Floaty Arms ] --- prosthesis operating through magnetic fields and a ball and socket design. first apparatuses are attached to her upper arms at the lower end of the humerus and include a concave area for the spheres that now serves as her 'elbows'. the second magnetic apparatuses are located on the prosthesis proper , and include a locking mechanism for the sphere during detachment and extension from the body. her arms cannot go a distance greater than five feat from the first apparatus before the field between the two devices becomes to weak to sustain. 
2. [ AmpmodSpeak ] --- utilizes a prerecorded voice as well as the wireless connection of her listening devices/radio-antenna to splice together bits and pieces of conversations and other audio files to facilitate speech.  

Unique Tech:

1. [ them thangs on her face ] -- antlers act firstly as antenna, catching radiowaves and signals. they may also perform as listening devices, recording conversations around and held with radiospeak. all of this speech, whether it originates from radio channels or organic sources, is parsed through to her goggles, where it is displayed as text for her to read and determine what is worth storing to the AmpmodSpeak for later use and what will be discarded.
