Hello our lovely members of re:DUX! We hope you've been doing well in the first month and a half since our opening! We're off to a good start, but as we're sure you've noticed, we're getting a little short handed with just Kenny and myself as staff. We've wanted to bring on on more staff since we started re:DUX, but wanted to wait until the site was more settled in before we started officially looking for additions to the team. As it is, we feel comfortable enough in our positions as well as with the process we will use to bring in and train new staff members to finally start the process of selection.
While we do have some ideas already of who to consider, we would like to ask you, the community of re:DUX, who you believe would do a good job at helping us run the site. However, we would like to clarify that we are not guaranteeing our new staff will be picked from those recommended here. In the end we are going to choose who we feel would benefit the site and its members the most, but we want to make sure that we're not overlooking any great candidates that you all might have to offer!
We are looking to bring on two new staff members at this time, but there is the possibility that we promote more ( and although it is very very unlikely, less ), based on the candidates we have. But enough of this, let's get on to how the suggestions will work, right?

What do we look for in an Administrator?
As someone who will be working closely both with us and the members of the site, the number one thing we look for in a possible Admin is of course, teamwork! We want someone who the members of the site can feel at ease with and come to if they are having any issues, both ooc and ic. Admins will not only have to work with member issues, but also assist Kenny and I in creating and moderating events and plots for the board at large.
Leading from that, we want creative people! Do you have some good ideas about an ooc event, or possible tech we could add? Have some particularly cool headcanons about the world of re:DUX you think could benefit everyone? That's exactly the sort of thing we want to hear! While members are of course free to suggest these things at any time, there are some plots and events that we sometimes want to keep as surprises for the general members of re:DUX and so must be discussed with a smaller team of people before their initial release. So we'd love people who can contribute their ideas and bounce off ideas and plots we already have planned to help develop them in ways that all members of the site can enjoy!
And of course, it is important that any candidates have a reasonable amount of time that they can give to re:DUX to help running it. To be clear, we're not asking anyone to devote their lives to running re:DUX. Kenny and I fully understand the stresses of having a busy schedule and needing to take a break sometimes. But we do ask that you don't apply or accept this position if you know for a fact you will have incredibly little time to do anything re:DUX related. We don't want anyone to stress or feel guilty because of their position on re:DUX, so for both your sake and ours, please make sure this is a responsibility you're capable of taking on. We are always willing to work with people if its just a matter of schedules conflicting, but if an Admin is never available it does cause stress on both sides. If you have any questions about what kind of time staffing redux requires from our experience, feel free to ask them on this topic or message either Kenny or myself!
To sum up, we are looking for friendly, creative, people who are invested in the community of re:DUX! We want people who are just as excited to see this site succeed as we are, and are aiming to make re:DUX as fun a place as it can be for all of the members here.

How to suggest Administrators
And now onto the fun part, actually suggesting people! We do have a form for you to fill out, but before you start posting and looking through it, we have a few very important rules to keep in mind for this thread.
With that, let's move onto the form!
And that's it! We look forward to your suggestions, and remind you that if you have any questions about this process or how to suggest to please post them here or to message either Kenny or myself privately.
- You must ask your nominee if they are comfortable with you suggesting them before you post a form here.
- Multiple people can fill out a form for the same person. However, we still ask that you check with them individually before positing even if they already have one post here.
- You are allowed to suggest yourself.
- You can suggest multiple people, either in one post or separate ones.
- You are free to fill out as much or as little of the form as you like. However, more information does help us more if we don't know the person so well.
- You are allowed to post in this thread to say you support a previous suggestion. However, if you do this we please ask that you give at least a short explanation of why you support this. And again, we remind you that multiple supports may not mean a member will be promoted.
- If you are uncomfortable posting here, please private message your suggestion to both Kenny and Lills at Kendyl and Rachael respectively.
- We will be accepting Suggestions until September 30th (Wednesday), 11:59 PM EST. We'll give reminders along the way of how much time is left.
With that, let's move onto the form!

Why they would be a good Administrator: ( essentially what it says. What traits has this person shown that you think fits what we're looking for? )
Specific examples: ( Are there any specific examples you can give of this person showing good teamwork, creativity, or other good traits? If on the board, please link! Otherwise, describe the situation. If examples were given above, don't feel the need to repeat the same ones here. )
