This was something we used to do with palette challenges on you-know-where, but I'm thinking we could expand on that idea.
SUGGESTION:
Biweekly art prompts, where the prompt could be anything from a palette to a theme word/phrase to "draw your squad like this" pictures-- so long as art is done according to the prompt. Doing it every 2 weeks would be good for a site this size, especially since all of us have work and/or school to worry about. I think that'd prevent us from being rushed or feeling like there's not enough time to devote to it. I'm not sure if there'd be rewards (like maybe rank names and pixels, like with the c[re]ate challenge), but there could be some kind of title for people who do a lot of them.
It doesn't even need to be just art. This could also be a writing thing, though without the palettes as an option for obvious reasons.
Someone would need to run the thread every 2 weeks, so not sure if it'd be an admin duty or one of the members keeping it going just for fun?
