Personality: On the surface, Ellie's personality matches her rough exterior. She is rough and angry and you can be sure that if you cross a line she will not hesitate to introduce you to her fist. She holds a lot of resentment and bitterness towards both high class and the government that encourages the uneven lifestyles throughout Novus, but is able to keep it mostly under wraps when she accepts a job from either party.
She cares deeply for the few friends she has and is fiercely protective of them. While she purposely makes herself look rougher by refusing enhancements to cover her scars or to permanently fix her eye, she's secretly a huge softie once you crack through her shell. Just be careful, cause her anger is still there.
Background: Raised in a upper class family, Ellie received the best education and luxury money could buy. Her parents, both geneticists, consistently stressed how important her class was, nitpicking her to drive her to perfection. She was to be their greatest achievement, her mother being a sort of 'baby designer' for the wealthy that wished for designer children and her father a lab tech with a focus on splicing to improve intelligence and physical ability. When it came time for her to take the test, she rebelled in the only way she could: she bombed the test and landed herself in the slums.
Years later, she's honed her physical strength and made a small name for herself as a bodyguard, moving herself up to Lower Class. She most commonly works security for businesses in the slums, though it is not uncommon for her to be hired on by a high class socialite for private protection. Her services are prized thanks to her 'no questions asked' policy.
At age nineteen she was convinced to sell some information from her time growing up in the high class world, which began her on the path to being a vigilante. She will often use her job as way to spy on high class events and people, gathering information to trade or sell with her fellow vigilantes, or to use for her own purposes. She will usually be one of the first to volunteer to work a raid or to shake down a potential traitor to the cause.
She has also found herself with an unwitting almost apprentice named Levenin. What started as a simple business deal (him being a sort of personal doctor to her in exchange for her delivering supplies she had 'procured' for his clinic) quickly turned into her showing him the ways of thievery. After he'd stumbled ass backwards into being a vigilante and a huge pain in her neck she was forced to look out for him. Despite her wishes he ended up becoming her begrudged best friend that more often than not ends up crashing on her couch.
When it came to her attention that her parents were throwing a party to reveal a new innovation, Ellie infiltrated along with Levenin with the hopes to steal whatever new tech or splicing information they were announcing to sell on the Black Market. What they found, however, was not a new market item, but instead their new great achievement: Ellie's younger sister, Elle. After mostly recovering from the emotional blow of being replaced, she has begun basically stalking her parents in an effort to learn about her sister. When not focusing on her day job or vigilante work, of course. Mostly.

-Face recognition is reliant on data packs purchased from the Black Market, thus runs a risk of being incorrect, outdated, or just no information
-If FRS is able to work on a person, it will only display name, rank, and occupation (up to partner whether it will work and/or be correct)
-She is blind in that eye when mod is deactivated
False Identity Chip
The lining of her vigilante hood has a sewn in chip where she can upload false identities purchased from the black market for when she performs less than legal activities in areas with higher security. Data is auto-wiped post every mission it is used and runs the risk of auto-wiping during a mission if it runs too long.
Shock Gloves
Ellie's work outfit comes with a pair of gloves designed to deal out 80,000 volts of electricity upon impact, such as when she punches. While they draw energy from battery packs stored in her suit, they can run dry after too many hits.
