How possible would it be for a child to use Magix? Or is there something in NUIPs preventing use until a certain age?

EllieThere wouldn't be anything stopping them from using it, but while children are still young it would be fairly dangerous for them to use it. Up until puberty children would probably only be safe using one dose a day, after which they'd slowly be able to use more. Don't let anyone tell you that puberty can't be ~*~ magical ~*~
