DelilahHey there maru! I'm so sorry for the wait on this ! So your gene mods check out /o/ I don't see any issues there. For the tech, just a couple things ;v; - Cerberus Doll - Could you tell me what kind of manipulation? I'm thinking it's to help them grow and such, but I wanted to confirm!
- Plant Suit - Delilah would need to use plant and physical magic to get the full effects of the suit. And the power would vary depending on how much magic she took. She would also need some sort of plants genes to make sure it actually could implant itself in her successfully to allow manipulation. Of course, these can just be purely for the suit and don't need to show up at all if you don't want. Or gosh, she could even have flowers growing in her hair if you wanted to do something like that.
And background! - To start, Delilah wouldn't be able to take the test early unfortunately. It acts as a marker for when someone becomes an adult, not just a class movement type of thing. And because she wasn't born in Upper Class, she also wouldn't be required to have the two years of police academy time like others in Upper Class did. So a potential option for this could be having her placed into the genetics field after her test? Since the test comprises of a lot of things, it could show how bad she was at physical related things like you have it now.
- Can I ask what you mean by 'abandoned NUIPs'? I'm reading it as if Delilah actually removes them from people she meets. If that's what you meant, that's entirely fine! NUIPs aren't something you can just find lying around, so I wanted to confirm that with you ;v;

Ok let's see if I can cover them all - Cerberus Dolls Yes it increase the growth rate dramatically, but also a slight manipulation of where they would grow (eg make them grow faster sideways rather than upwards) - Plant Suit Its more complicated than that. Since it genetically modified plant it doesn't really need any magic to latch on to you. Think of it like the mutant fungus in Last of Us, based off a real world fungus that infects insects brain and manipulate them. Delilah merely have enough willpower and pain tolerance (this one from gene mod) to able to work with the plant. Her action and mannerism tend to become a bit more violent when she let the plant grow roots in her. Also on that note, she never really manage to get the roots out from the first time the plant latch on to her, so bit of the roots are still in her and that's how the plant can reattach itself and uproot itself each time. Though it is still bloody and painful affair :'D if this sounds okay I will go change it to make it clearer now to background /o/ - that changes would work and changed it in her profile - also yes it is what you think (she is Somi's little sister  ) |

DelilahCerberus Doll - That sounds good on the places for growth! As for the rate, would you be alright with it being double the usual growth time? So for example - an apple tree takes about 3 years to bear fruit, but Delilah would be able to have it bear fruit it about 1.5 years instead.
Plant Suit - Ah, I think there might have been some confusion! While it could attach onto her without the use of magic, she wouldn't actually be able to control it. Because it's similar to a parasite, willpower alone wouldn't be enough to actually control it to do what she wanted. That's where the plant magic would come in handy so she could actually take control for herself and manipulate the plant into the shape of a suit and then use its appendages how she wants. And the more magic she used, the more powerful her control and strength would be ;v; But otherwise while it could attach to her, she would have no way to control how it goes into her body and what nutrients it takes from her. The magic is also needed to boost its growth so that it can grow from a shrub to a full suit in a short amount of time. I hope that makes sense ! And then the physical magic would boost things for the powerful jumps and punches.
Background - Thank you for making those changes, I very much appreciate it! And just one more tiny thing, where does she go to collect the NUIPs? It would be much easier to kill people the Slums compared to other classes. Even with her brothers covering for her, if she were to be a serial killer, eventually she'd be caught if killing too many high ranked people.
- For the walks and such without being watched, just note it wouldn't be able to be constantly active. Even with connections, she'd only be able to do so for a few hours before the systems sent out alerts for something being wrong.
also just a small note, similar to the Sven eval. Once Somi gets to eval, it's entirely possible that there might need to be background changes to reflect what happens with him and Sven - so I wanted to make sure that would be okay with you ! |

Delilah Awesome, thank you ! /o/ Just two tiny little things i'm so sorry omg. On the plant magic gene mod, it would actually need to be plants genes since the magic needs those to be used. It doesn't have to be anything big - it can just be specifically for the magic! Plant magic is just weird because its the only one that has specific genes required to be used. And for the suit, she'd need physical magic for the strength boost and such. Sorry about the confusion and wait! |
