Isaac Tech Changes and Additions

Hello o/ I wanted to get approval for some new tech for Isaac.

• This mask has the same three filters as Isaac's Spectre's Visor
  
• These are the three already approved filters for your reference
  
• Infrared: Grants Isaac infrared vision, allowing him to clearly detect laser security beams and heat signatures
  
• Camera Sight: After quickly scanning a security camera, the visor will display the camera's area of view to Isaac, allowing him to more easily avoid detection
  
• NUIP Detection: The visor will display the number of NUIPs within a 30 meter radius of Isaac, but he cannot tell where an NUIP is located or who has one

• A voice modulator that distorts Isaac's voice

  • A holster for Isaac's Hacking Handheld
  • A laser-pointer that allows for easier aiming of his hacking darts

I'm getting rid of the Amp Gauntlet and replacing it with the Specter's Gauntlets and Boots if they get approved
