He is absolutely not ready, and that's what will make this so fun.
So, what sorts of scenarios can you see Varok being in (AKA what sorts of things does he do from day to day)? If we're going for a confrontation story, then what sorts of crimes would he commit that would warrant police attention? If we're going to something more peaceful, then what does he do most of the time? The two could meet with Dante being either on or off duty.

Ohhh man Vaina is always doing all kinds of things. The human body and modifications pertaining to it are his specialties, so he's often working as an illegal backroom doctor. He's good at what he does so typically he's treating illnesses and performing surgeries, but he also installs illegal implants and performs surgeries to disconnect NUIP ports for those who wanna go off the grid. He also wanders around and trades in illegal goods, funneling most of the profits or even the goods themselves to Vigilante causes. So yeah he's pretty much doing illegal stuff ALL THE TIME. He's also prone to telling nosy police to fuck off. :'D

Hmm. So, I have plenty of ideas (a bar fight, an investigation of Varok's illegal activities, a drug bust, or interrupting a Vigilante tech exchange) but I can't come up with a way for Varok to NOT be on the police's list immediately afterward. We could maybe assume that there are other people in the world with Varok's gene mods, so maybe something could work if he was using a Fake ID hack on his implant during the RP. Would that work? Do you have any other ideas?
