at this point I don't even care when the last time I took my last depression pill is. I can't remember and with how I feel right now I dont even care if I overdose on it, i'm taking another one. 300mg isn't that much anyway right? I. just. want. to. stop. thinking.
Anxiety and depression mixed together is fucking horrible, why can't I just control my own thoughts AND THINK ABOUT SOMETHING ELSE!?

I woke up this morning and legit cried because it was 86 fucking degrees in my room and I hadn't slept but 2 hours. TuT
