Affiliation: Vigilante (though many of his plots take place while he's still a high and lower class Civilian)
Genetic Modifications: Limited bioluminescence, with genes spliced from the Stomiidae family of deep-sea fish. His eyes glow a neon purple as part of the mod, but their function as enhanced night vision is the main perk. It's a safety feature that allows him to see colors and figures in the dark that would normally be invisible to the naked eye. Levenin can turn this mod on and off as needed, as using it in daylight tends to hinder more than help.
Levenin’s natural top canine teeth have been surgically replaced with fake hollow ones that are connected to gene spliced glands (from that of the Elapidae family of snakes). These glands produce a potent venom that can immobilize the average person with temporary shock, overwhelming fatigue, and/or shortness of breath. If used in conjunction with Acid Magix, the heart can also slow down to levels that result in organ damage or death. Lev utilizes his teeth to bite down and inject the poison into a target, though he has to break the skin for it to work. He is not immune to his own venom.

Unique Tech: While the feather earring serves for show, it's also a secret weapon in case of desperate measures. It contains a paralyzing poison in the shaft that activates when stabbed into the skin. Only contains enough poison for one dose on the average person. Temporary effects. The poison is considered neurotoxic in nature and only attacks muscles to prohibit mobility.
Lev carries a hacking handheld device, given to him by Ellie Waters, for the purpose of breaking open digital security locks.
Lastly, he has an ID scrambler. Stored on a USB stick that Lev can plug in and upload, these scramblers are a staple of his career. It makes his NUIP display a fake identity, usually a random name and credentials. While he can still be tracked by his chip, his real name won't be displayed.

Personality: A sweet but awkward kid, Levenin spends his existence trying to keep as quiet and out of the way as possible. Spacey and enigmatic, he isn’t so much a loner as he is alone. Not that he doesn’t enjoy making friends, but Lev is pretty awful at doing so. If forced to be social, he remains soft-spoken and polite. He’s often prone to mumbling on and on when nervous, which is his natural state of being about 90% of the time. Everything and anything will set off his nerves. He's also an incredible pushover with very little spine. Though shy to a fault and filled with more anxiety than is healthy, Levenin absolutely adores the few friends he does have. He'll spoil you with more love than you could possibly ever need if he's comfortable around you.
Levenin possesses a great knack for attention to detail, though sometimes he’ll forget what he or other things are capable of doing. He delights in everything creepy, crawling, and gruesome (bones and spiders being his absolute favorites). He also has an affinity for gardening and brewing potions and poisons, the latter of which is a great asset in his “career” as a doctor.
Lev has another persona solely for Vigilante operations. As Nineveh, he’s sly, amiable, and perfectly composed. Nineveh is typically used for assassination and info gathering on behalf of his Vigilante brethren, as well as for theft purposes. Lev sees Nineveh not as himself but as someone else, simply a part to play on the world stage. Sometimes, however, he confuses which guise he’s under, causing Levenin and Nineveh to intermix more than he’d like to admit.
Background: Levenin was born into the middle class as the oldest of three siblings. He aspired to becoming a doctor since childhood after his own slew of mental illness and fascination with disease encouraged him to assist others. Lev finally got his chance at the education he desired when it came time for his test at age 16. He moved up the social rungs into high society, where he studied in comfort at the top of the ladder. During his studies, he met with a woman named Mira Maldonado, who was also a medical student, and they eventually became involved romantically. Perhaps the most fateful decision Lev has ever made, he discovered she was an abusive person both physically and emotionally. Even as Mira inevitably got dragged down the social ladder due to poor scores, Levenin felt like she couldn’t go alone and thus dropped into the lower class with her. He quit his own education at age 19 and has since not bothered to retest.
Volunteering at a local back-alley clinic in the slums after moving to the lower class, he adopted the alias “Nineveh” as a form of protection. Here, he’s seen the most desperate parts of society, as well as those who strive to create chaos in the system. However, anyone who needs the help is more than welcome to his services, no matter their affiliation. He eventually becomes involved with the Vigilantes through Ellie Waters, who shows him that by bending the rules, one can make life a little smoother. Vigilantism is a means to be a Robin Hood for the less fortunate that he's crossed paths with.
